About me

Hello,

I work therapeutically with adults who bring a range of issues and difficulties. Whether you're feeling stuck and at a loss, or wanting to address specific challenges and emotional pain, counselling helps.

Many clients seek to understand themselves better, and bring about changes for themselves. Through a series of 1:1 therapeutic conversations, I support them through this process, integrating person-centred and transactional analysis core approaches into the work.

My professional background as a specialist speech and language therapist (NHS) equips me to work with clients with a range of communication differences, including those associated with autism.

Areas of interest

I work therapeutically with adults, in person at my therapy rooms in Steyning and Lewes, and online.

My therapeutic work encompasses a wide range of life experiences that many of us struggle with, including: loss and bereavement; anxiety; depression and low mood; self-esteem; family dynamics and relationship difficulties; life transitions; questions around identity and purpose; sexuality; work issues; self harm; autism and neurodivergence.
