I am a BABCP accredited Senior High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with many years of experience working in the NHS and charities including Re-Think and Mind.

I have completed extensive training in CBT interventions and counselling as well as training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Schema Therapy.
