Hello, welcome to my practice, Beech Tree Counselling.

I offer sessions where together we can listen to and address what is on your heart and mind, without judgement and with genuine interest.

Through talking and, where helpful, creative techniques, we help you discover a new approach to your concerns and life.

My experience of therapy is that we come together as two people, counsellor and client, in the hope of providing companionship and support in your current circumstances, and creating a change that brings hope.

I work in Harrogate face to face, online and over the telephone.
