About me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever may be going on for you. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, so I aim to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. This allows me to adapt the way we work together depending on what feels most helpful for you.
I have experience supporting clients with:
Anxiety and depression
OCD
Low self-esteem and self-worth
Grief and loss
Phobias
Disordered eating
Relationship and couples issues
Neurodivergence
Emotional regulation and overwhelm
I believe therapy is not about fixing you, but about helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
I offer a free initial call so we can have a relaxed chat about what you're looking for and see whether I may be the right fit for you.
You don't have to face things alone, support is available, and taking the first step can make a real difference.
