About me

I seek to create a calm and safe space where you can speak freely and share openly without fear of judgement. I believe the relationship between the counsellor and client is the most important factor in making counselling effective. When we feel heard, understood and valued by another person this helps to unlock our potential to change and grow. I have an enduring hope in the capacity of human beings to change and heal.

I have been a counsellor for 17 years and have helped many people overcome a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, and work related issues. I work with individuals and couples and have particular interests in working with relationship issues, fertility issues and spirituality. I have experience of working with neurodivergent individuals and couples.
