About me

I am a registered and Accredited member of the BACP, and I work to the BACP ethical framework.

With over 15 years experience in the NHS, The Priory Group and private practice, I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to help you explore your thoughts and make positive life changes.

My practice is integrative, meaning I tailor my approach to your needs. By drawing on multiple psychological theories, I help you gain self-awareness and find balance. Whether you are dealing with a specific crisis or a general sense of feeling 'stuck', my door is open.

While I work with a wide range of difficulties, such as bereavement, and low self-esteem/self-worth, I have extensive experience in the following areas:

Anxiety & Depression (qualified in Counselling for Depression - NICE recommended)

Addiction & Recovery

Relationship Issues (separation, divorce, and family dynamics)

Neurodiversity (ADHD) and Complex Needs (EUPD/BPD)

I work with adults over the age of 18. And I provide both individual and couples therapy.

I started my training with a Foundation in Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Regent's School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology.

I completed my training with a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling at CPPD in London, one of the UK's leading counselling training schools.

My theoretical toolkit includes: Attachment theory, Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Existential theory, CBT and Psychodynamic theory.

I have particular experience working with trauma; depression; addiction; and recovery; anxiety; relationship issues; BPD/EUPD; ADHD; ASD; stress; emotional abuse; death and bereavement; attachment disorders; burnout; dissociation; loss; beareavement; to self-esteem issues.
