About me
Neurodiversity Psychologist in the UK Offering Therapy That Helps You Feel Seen and Understood
Do you tend to feel misunderstood in your relationships, feeling that you are too much or not enough?
Do you feel constantly exhausted because you are masking to get through each day?
Do you lie awake at night with a racing mind, finding it very difficult to relax despite feeling exhausted?
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, are fed up with not giving themselves a break, or are unsure who they are beneath years of masking. Others are navigating the emotional impact of a new diagnosis or trying to make sense of why life feels harder for them than it seems to be for everyone else.
As a Clinical Psychologist specialising in ADHD, autism, trauma, and chronic pain, I can help you make sense of how these overlapping challenges are impacting your daily life.
Having received a diagnosis of ADHD myself at the age of 38 and having navigated these difficulties myself I can help you find realistic, practical coping strategies.
I can help with:
Daily feelings of overwhelm caused by constantly fighting to get through the day.
A racing mind that disrupts your sleep and makes it hard to relax.
Reconnecting with your identity after years of masking.
Snapping at loved ones under the weight of these struggles and managing the difficult emotions that follow this.
If this sounds like you, please get in touch. We can arrange a brief introductory call to check that we are a good fit and answer any practical questions you may have. If we decide to work together, we will agree on a clear focus for therapy and a realistic plan that fits around your life.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually weekly to start. My current fee is 100 per session, payable by bank transfer on or before the day of your appointment. I will always be transparent about costs, and we will review our progress regularly.
