Throughout our lives we all have difficulties and stressors that present themselves for various reasons.
As a subsequence we can become stuck and unable to make the necessary adjustments to live fuller and more satisfying lives.
I am an integrative counsellor, specialising in person-centred therapy which enables clients to take back control, while encouraging resilience and reminding them of the potential for personal growth inherent in all of us.
