Welcome.
I'm Lorraine & I support adults facing Anxiety and Depression/low mood, face to face on a 1:1 basis.
At my Sandhurst based practice, I endeavour to provide a gentle, supportive, safe, contained environment to create a bespoke session to meet your needs specifically.
We will work at your pace to help you process your experiences, understand patterns, develop tools & get in touch with your inner resources to allow you to move forward with confidence, resilience & direction.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor & work within their ethics. I work integratively, weaving different approaches from my quarter of a century in counselling.
