About me

I'm an experienced psychotherapist, specialising in CBT and integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a 'third-wave' cognitive behavioural therapy. With gentle questioning to facilitate insight, tools and techniques for change, and experience with a multitude of issues, I will work alongside you to meet your therapy goals.

I also offer BWRT, BrainWorking Recursive Therapy, an advanced therapy based in neuroscience, making fast and permanent changes at a deep level. Using the brain's natural ability to create new neural pathways, unwanted conditioning or trauma reactions are �over-written� with your preferred way of responding.

BWRT is a complete therapy system that can provide effective help for anything; from a speedy and reliable 'fix' for a phobia (even a severe and long-standing one) through all types of anxiety and depression, all the way up to the most complex PTSD or addiction.
