About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience working across NHS and private settings, specialising in the psychological impact of physical health conditions, injury, and chronic pain. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties, particularly where these arise in the context of serious illness, long-term health conditions, or recovery following injury or medical treatment.

My approach is collaborative and formulation-driven, drawing on evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). I support individuals to understand their experiences, reduce psychological distress, and develop effective strategies to adapt, recover, and improve quality of life.
