About me

I am an accredited member of the BACP holding a Master's degree in Counselling and a Bachelors degree in Psychology. I offer talking therapy to both children and adults and EMDR to teenagers and adults. This can be facilitated either face to face or online via Teams.

I started my career as a person centred therapist, but have become more integrative in the way I work with training in DBT-A, CBT and EMDR which allows my therapeutic practice to be bespoke to each individual.
