About me

Clients who work with me tend to feel stuck, anxious, or uncertain in their relationships. They are confident in other areas of life, yet when it comes to love - dating, long-term partnerships, or breakups - they find themselves caught in doubt, fear, and frustration. For individuals, this can look like replaying past relationship patterns, blaming themselves after heartbreak, or wondering if childhood experiences, career focus, or even habits like porn use are getting in the way. Some struggle with trust, jealousy, or believing that they're �the problem� in the relationship.
For couples, it's often about disconnection. They struggle to forgive after infidelity, feel lost after constant conflict, or found that their spark has faded under the weight of everyday, monotonous life.
