About me

Are you or someone close to you struggling with mental health? I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My mission is to help minds flourish through evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

CBT is a talking therapy that supports people to change unhelpful behaviours and/or thinking patterns to manage mental health issues such as, anxiety, depression and OCD.

EMDR is a psychotherapy that supports people to process past events, life experiences and traumas by reprocessing stuck memories and reducing the emotional intensity.

You are an expert of yourself and your life experiences, I therefore promise to work collaboratively and safely with you to reach your goals of better mental health and wellbeing. I have experience working within the NHS, charity & private mental health organisations.

I deliver therapy in person (Stonehouse) and online which makes therapy accessible for alI.

It would be great to hear from you, if you have any questions or would like to book your first appointment, please get in touch via my website, phone or email. I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation to get to know each other and to find if therapy is right for you.
