With over 10 years experience in the both the NHS and private practice, Sophie is an advanced specialist dietitian in mental health and it's associated conditions including obesity, eating disorders, disordered eating and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

She has a first class undergraduate masters in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Eating Disorders.

Many of her clients feel stuck with weight loss or have yet to find the right professional to help them tackle their eating disorder in a way that supports long term recovery.

Sophie runs a private practice in Nottinghamshire and also sees clients virtually across the UK.
