About me
I trained in Gastroenterology at University College Hospital Galway, Ireland, and Hepatology at King's College Hospital London and at Duke University in the United States.
I have previously held the position of Medical Director of liver transplantation at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. I am currently a Medical Adviser to the Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC) Foundation.
My research interests relate to liver autoimmunity and novel therapies in end-stage liver disease.
