I work with men and women stuck in life transitions feeling overwhelmed and lacking clarity. My approach is based on collaboration and solution focused and leans heavily on understanding yourself,patterns,thoughts and behaviours. I employ an integrative approach using,psychodynamic,mentalization and creativity.
