About me
**Hello and welcome.**
People seek counselling and therapy for many different reasons, and no concern is too big or too small. Modern life can leave us struggling to balance work, family, relationships and other responsibilities, resulting in feelings of self-doubt, low confidence, overwhelm, confusion, burnout or a sense of being lost.
At times, we experience significant change, loss or unexpected life events that can leave us feeling anxious, low in mood or struggling to make sense of what has happened. You may also recognise that difficult past experiences continue to affect your wellbeing, or simply have a sense that something isn't quite right without fully understanding why.
I am trained in both psychodynamic counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This enables me to tailor my approach to your individual needs, circumstances and therapeutic goals. Therapy provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we can develop a greater understanding of your experiences, work towards emotional healing, and build the resilience and confidence needed to move forward.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. My aim is to provide a supportive, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
