About me

I am an accredited counsellor, supervisor and trainer with some 20 years experience of working with individuals, groups and within agency/workplace settings.

I have also recently attained specific training in working as a coach therapist, which combines solution focussed and goal oriented outcomes. This is delivered in an empathic and relational way and is based on what is possible to achieve by the individual seeking support. Small steps, which can lead to bigger and better outcomes.
