About me

I am an integratively trained counsellor with broad life experience.
My current work is with adults of all ages helping them to successfully cope with stress and anxiety associated with a range of personal crises and major life transitions including loss, and bereavement, work stress and redundancy, and relationship problems.
I have a particular specialism in working with new parents, would-be parents and bereaved parents.
