20 Physio is a clinic run and founded by Elliott Grossman Bsc (Hons) MCSP.??

Elliott graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a Bsc Honours in Physiotherapy. Since graduating, he has worked for a number of large NHS Trusts and continues NHS work alongside private practice.

Elliott strives to be an evidence based practitioner regularly updating and familiarising himself with the latest research and guidelines. Through his post graduate studies Elliott has learnt to critique research and guidelines helping him identify good and questionable practice.

Elliott uses clinically reasoning frameworks, this helps him form the correct diagnosis, devise specific treatment plans and the correct management for his patients. This typically combines strength and conditioning principles alongside manual and adjunctive therapies such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, sport taping and stretching.

Elliott is a reflective clinician, he regularly reviews and analyses his practice striving to improve and offer the best possible care.
