About me

I'm Claire, a fully trained and highly experienced integrative counsellor having trained at Bristol University. I had a previous career in London as an international qualitative researcher: travel, talking with people from a wide range of backgrounds are embedded in my DNA, as are a deep sense of compassion and non judgement.
Proudly, (now(!)), I received a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis eight years ago - I understand the fear and unpredictability of having a chronic health condition, and how we can manage such states as and when they land.

Anxiety; chronic pain, and the 'stuff of life' which can affect us all.
