About me

Sometimes the difficulties we face in life can throw us off balance and we lose sight of ourselves and what is right for us. We can be left feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed.

I am an intergrative therapist which means I use a range of modalities to work with you as an individual. I have particular emphasis on the humanistic approach, believing you are the expert on you.
I offer a safe, non- judgemental and empathetic space, where we can work collaboratively to reach your desired outcomes.

Through mutual trust, the therapeutic relationship we build, will help you reach your desired outcome and can make a real difference to your life.

For me it is a privilege to be let into my client's lives in this way, and I treat our work together with great respect.
