About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist currently working within an NHS Community Mental Health Team, supporting individuals experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and older adults.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, adapting therapy to each person's individual needs and experiences. I work with people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression and emotional distress.
I aim to provide a safe and respectful therapeutic space where clients can explore their difficulties and develop a better understanding of themselves.
I provide psychological therapy in English and Italian.
Areas of interest
My clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression and the emotional impact of significant life experiences. I have undertaken additional postgraduate training in trauma, including a one-year Master's programme, which has informed my clinical understanding of trauma and its psychological impact. I completed EMDR training, further developing my skills in supporting individuals affected by traumatic experiences and post-traumatic stress.
