About me

I am accredited BACP with 15 years experience in acute mental health, addictions, personality disorders, sex therapy, ADHD and ASD. I am lead Therapist at the Priory Hospital for Inpatient/outpatient therapy services and thus leading the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy team. Working in a group setting and providing 1:1 sessions and overseeing the Therapists on all teams. My approach is Integrative Dialectical Behaviour (skills) Therapy, CBT (skills) and numerous other modalities including Hypnosis for adults with more complex needs/trauma, emotion dis-regulation and personality disorders.
