About me
Mr Dipak Raj is a senior Specialist Knee and Hip surgeon. He did his basic surgical training in India. He did part of his orthopaedic training in India. He completed his specialist training in orthopaedic surgery from Oxford Deanery. He developed an interest in knee and hip surgery fairly early in his career, having worked with some famous knee and hip surgeons. After completion of his training in trauma and orthopaedic surgery from Oxford, he did a fellowship in lower limb arthroplasty and soft tissue knee reconstruction in Cambridge. He has continued his interest in knee surgery and likes to stay at the forefront of technology. He routinely performs uni-compartmental knee replacements, as well as patello-femoral replacements. He has extensive experience in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty (replacement). He has developed special interest in knee arthroscopy and arthroscopic sports surgery and ligament reconstruction of the knee (Including Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction).
