I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, specialising in the treatment of anxiety and supporting people coping with health-related difficulties. I work with individuals who want to better understand their thoughts and emotions, regain control, and start living a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that therapy works best when you feel understood, supported, and motivated. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals in therapy. Whether you want to reduce anxiety, build resilience while managing health challenges, or simply feel more like yourself again, I will support and guide you every step of the way.
