About me

Hello, I'm Emily (she/her). I am Clinical Psychologist, HCPC registered, with experience working in the NHS since 2008. I have worked with adults, young people and children and families to support their emotional and psychological wellbeing with a goal of helping them to thrive in life. I have experience of working with organisations to support front line staff 1:1, facilitate reflective spaces and enhance psychological thinking and staff wellbeing.

I am flexible and integrative in my approach, drawing on principles from a range of models to meet the needs of the individual. We will work together to understand what you want to achieve from therapy, to collaboratively shape the intervention, tailored to suit you and support your aims for therapy.

I aim to provide a supportive and compassionate space, that is non judgemental and inclusive for all, where you feel heard and validated.
