About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years experience of working with adults, children and families with physical health conditions.

I work with people to help them manage the challenges of symptoms, treatment and general management of their conditions and support following treatment.

I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches and my doctoral training and further training post-qualification includes skills in cognitive-behavioural therapy, third-wave approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-focused therapy.
