About me

I am an accredited CBT therapist with a wealth of experience in helping both adults and young people recover from a wide range of emotional difficulties including depression and anxiety.

I have huge respect for anyone taking the step towards accessing therapy and I am confident that working together we can help resolve any emotional difficulties you might be facing. Using CBT's structured and active format, and evidence based treatment interventions, I can help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to create real and lasting change to your life.

I am also an EMDR therapist working towards accreditation and I use this to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives which have led to poor mental health.

As well as private practice I also currently work within NHS Talking Therapies.

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and please do not hesitate to get in touch with me to discuss next steps.
