Dr Gurbaani Bhalla is an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with over five years of experience working across NHS mental health services. She completed her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the University of East London and also holds a Master's in Affective Disorders from King's College London. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a strong focus on tailoring therapy to each individual's needs.
Gurbaani has particular expertise in supporting people with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, having worked extensively in specialist NHS services. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, CAT, and MANTRA, while prioritising a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in creating meaningful change.
