About me
I am a highly specialist paediatric and adolescent dietitian with ten years experience. I have worked in many specialist Children's Hospitals across London and the NHS. My wealth of knowledge, clinical skill, and creative problem-solving help create happier and healthier family mealtime experiences. Recognising food as a cornerstone of social interactions, I understand the importance of creating environments where healthy relationships can flourish. I value working closely with families and building relationships based on trust, evidence-based advice, and practical, sustainable approaches. In addition to clinical work, I regularly participate in research and service development projects.
When I'm not working as a dietitian, I'm usually training for my next endurance challenge whether that's a marathon or a triathlon. I volunteer with an organisation focused on addressing loneliness through free sport in South London (our current numbers are around 600 young people and adults). And if that is not enough, I enjoy singing and playing violin with a local orchestra.
