About me

I am a humanistic, integrative psychotherapy practitioner grounded in a person-centred approach. I have particular experience working with trauma and abuse including childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse and sexual violence. I also work often with depression and anxiety, Au/DHD, relationship issues and work stress and burn out.

I prioritise working with empathy, respect and empowerment to support you wherever your concerns lay, and tailor my approach your needs and preferences as much as possible.
