About me

Mansi is a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist with international experience, having worked in India, USA and UK. After completing her Master's Degree in physiotherapy from the Oakland University of Michigan in 2011, she practiced for two years in the US before relocating to the UK. In Kent, Mansi honed her skills by working in the community MSK and falls team alongside geriatricians at Sevenoaks Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in managing balance and mobility issues in the elderly.

Mansi then transitioned from the NHS to private practice, gaining expertise in musculoskeletal conditions through her roles at Chelsfield BMI Hospital and Nuffield Health gym. She also worked in corporate settings with clients from EY in Canary Wharf, specializing in treating posture-related desk pain and sports injuries in corporate environments. Her international experience has enabled her to bring a broad and versatile approach to her physiotherapy practice.

In recent years, Mansi has taken on the role of a First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) within a GP practice, where she assesses and manages a variety of conditions at the primary care level. Her extensive knowledge in orthopaedics allows her to provide rehabilitation for post-total knee and hip replacements, tendon and ligament injuries, and she is also qualified to perform joint and soft tissue corticosteroid injections.

Mansi's expertise extends beyond MSK conditions to include neurological conditions, where she has experience in managing patients with neurological impairments. Her skills in vestibular rehabilitation are notable, and she has a special interest in treating dizziness and balance disorders such as BPPV and vestibular hypofunction.

With a patient-cantered approach, Mansi tailors each treatment plan to the individual needs of her patients. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of a young daughter, passionate about dancing and yoga, and is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Marathi, an asset that allows her to connect with a diverse patient population.
