About me

Reaching out is a big step, but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, or loss, I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can be heard. As a BACP Accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, I tailor sessions to your needs�whether you want practical tools to manage daily life or space to process the past, we move at your pace.
My experience spans private practice, charities, and schools, supporting adults and teenagers (16+) through addiction and the challenges of being a carer. I also offer "Walk and talk" therapy in local woodland, using the calming influence of nature to help you process and move forward. I offer a free initial chat to see if we're a good fit.
