About me
I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist specialising in performing arts and elite training. I work with professional ballet schools and dance companies. Clients in my private practice include leading artists in theatre and music.
I bring extensive experience and insight from my own professional background as a ballet and contemporary dancer. I danced professionally for 15 years after graduating from English National Ballet School, London.
I have worked with students from English National Ballet School, and I currently work at Elmhurst Ballet School, Birmingham, where I offer one-to-one therapy and deliver bespoke workshops on topics such as self-esteem, managing stress and resilience. I also collaborate with Birmingham Royal Ballet.
My private practice has been wide-ranging and has brought me into contact with prominent actors and musicians.
I am passionate about the transformative benefits of counselling and psychotherapy. I believe I create a safe, supportive space characterised by warmth, honesty, and compassion, and I value the integration of my lived experience into my therapeutic work.
