There are times when our thoughts & feelings unravel. Anxiety overwhelms us, low mood lingers, relationship patterns stubbornly repeat. You may appear in control on the outside, but are at sea inside. Stuck, overwhelmed and unsure who you are becoming?

I am an experienced & recognised BACP (Accredited) Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist working Online & in Central London. I work with most complaints & associated symptoms such anxiety & depression. I work with Young People, Adults & Couples seeking more than just immediate coping strategies � but to repair & strengthen the deeper emotional landscape of their distress.

Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences shape present relationships, self-esteem & patterns of thinking. Together we will identify unconscious dynamics that may be driving self-criticism, intimacy difficulties, or persistent anxiety. This is not simply about quick fixes, but a careful, collaborative process aimed at meaningful & lasting change.

Clients often report that they value a space that is steady, confidential and thoughtful � somewhere they can speak safely without judgement. Over time, therapy can lead to greater emotional resilience, clearer boundaries and a stronger sense of self.
