About me

Jenaed Ruddock is an award-winning UK HCPC-registered Dietitian specialising in performance nutrition, metabolic health, and complex nutrition management. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of Nutrition & Co., an international private dietetics practice supporting clients across the UK and Europe through evidence-based, highly personalised nutrition care.

Jenaed works with a broad range of clients including recreational and elite athletes, busy professionals, and individuals managing clinical or lifestyle-related health concerns. Her approach combines clinical dietetics with performance optimisation, focusing not only on symptom management but on improving energy, body composition, recovery, and long-term health outcomes.
