About me

My training is in evidence based person centered and relational psychological therapy. I am able to help navigate and negotiate the challenges, uncertainty and losses that physical and mental health conditions can bring to relationships with yourself, your body and other people in your life.
I work with individuals, couples, families and value supporting effective and positive communication with services involved in your care. I offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified psychologists.
