About me
My General Medical and Dermatology specialist training was in London, including Guys & Thomas's and Kings College Hospitals and also, St George's Hospital.
On moving to Bournemouth in 2005 when I became a Consultant Dermatologist, I set up a separate children's clinic to enable children and parents/carers to be seen in a more amenable setting. This is a very successful clinic and doctors and specialist nurses work closely together to benefit all children and their parents/carers.I see all ages of children from newborn upwards.
I work with and supervise specialist nurses and junior doctors to enhance their practice and training.
I perform skin allergy testing for cutaneous allergy.
I frequently teach local Gp's and hold meetings with other Consultant dermatologists to ensure practice is up to date and effective.
