About me

Dr. Ashley is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working in NHS services, charities, and grassroots organisations. She takes a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centred approach to meet individual needs. Underpinned by a compassionate and collaborative approach to her work, Dr. Ashley draws from a range of psychological models to provide flexible and effective support.

She works with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She also has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with Learning disabilities, Autism, and ADHD. She is dedicated to making thoughtful adjustments to ensure her services are accessible and welcoming for all. She has a particular interest in systems work and family therapy, helping individuals explore how their relationships, family dynamics, and social environments shape their experiences and well-being.

Availability: Dr. Ashley currently offers appointments on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
