About me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I provide a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore whatever challenges you may be facing. I work collaboratively with you to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

I work with adults aged 18 and above and support a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My specialist areas include depression and low mood, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, grief and loss, life transitions, workplace stress and challenges, stress management, low self-esteem, confidence, and motivation. I tailor my approach to your individual needs and may incorporate hypnotherapy where appropriate to support therapeutic progress and wellbeing.

Alongside my therapeutic training, I have a strong professional background in Human Resources. This gives me a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics, pressures, and organisational environments, enabling me to effectively support clients experiencing work-related stress, career challenges, or professional transitions.

I offer sessions face-to-face in Bidford-on-Avon, as well as online or via telephone, providing flexibility and accessibility to suit your needs. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

In addition to my counselling and psychotherapy work, I am a Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England, a qualified hypnotherapist, and a life coach. Through my work with Kathryn Louise Wellbeing, I am passionate about promoting positive mental health and empowering people to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. I have a strong interest in mental health education, personal growth, and supporting individuals to develop the confidence and tools they need to thrive in all areas of life.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and to providing a high standard of ethical, client-centred care.
