About me

Hi. I'm Sarah, a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience in the NHS. I am also a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society.

I am dedicated to supporting people experiencing difficulties in their mental and/or physical health to find a path to live a full, meaningful and valued life.

Alongside my private practice I have over 7 years' experience of working in NHS physical healthcare alongside doctors, nurses and physiotherapists contributing to people's rehabilitation and recovery.

With extensive experience I work in a number of areas including (but not limited to):
-Adjusting to physical health difficulties/conditions such as cancer, cardiac issues and stroke
-Chronic Pain
-Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME
-Functional Neurological Disorder
-Long Covid
-Anxiety
-Depression and low mood
-Panic Disorder
-Relationship difficulties
-Stress

I also have experience in working with those with neurodivergence such as Autism and ADHD.
