About me

Dr Nalin Wijesekara is a highly experienced Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and General Internal Medicine, With over 18 years of experience at the consultant level, he currently leads the Diabetes and Endocrinology Department at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Wijesekara' s international pedigree is a cornerstone of his practice. He earned his medical degree from the world-renowned Karolinska Institute in Sweden�the institution responsible for awarding the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine. Before moving to the UK in 2014, he refined his expertise as a Consultant at major teaching hospitals in Stockholm, Sweden.
