About me
I am a psychotherapist with 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and adolescents. I have worked primarily with trauma, addiction, and with couples. My approach is attachment informed, trauma informed, and I worked in a CBT run residential rehab. I have trained in EMDR, and Attachment Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), both approaches recognised for efficacy when working with PTSD, Complex Trauma and childhood abuse.
