About me

You may be visiting this site because you or your child have been newly diagnosed with a health condition. Or you might have been living with a difficulty for a long time. When dealing with health challenges it can be common to experience anxiety, depression, or stress. As a practitioner health psychologist, I use an integrative approach to support people of all ages. Throughout my extensive training and clinical experience, I have developed competence in many different therapeutic techniques, meaning that I will tailor your sessions to you, rather than trying to make you and your experiences fit into a particular approach.

I am a thoughtful and understanding health psychologist who can dedicate time to you. I will draw on my experience to offer you tailored support, whether that is related to your physical or psychological health. I can help you to begin to make sense of your difficulties, using the best evidence-based practice to help you make meaningful change.

Going to speak to a psychologist for the first time can be nerve-wracking, and many people worry about whether it is the right thing to do. It is an entirely personal choice, and I hope that through my free 15-minute initial telephone/video consultation I can help you to decide whether you would like to have sessions with me.
