Hello and welcome. I am a qualified Accredited CBT and EMDR therapist, passionate about helping clients overcome emotional challenges and lead more purposeful and fulfilling lives. I provide a warm. safe, compassionate and non judgemental space where we can collaboratively explore your life experiences. Years of self-reflective practice which I started out 20 years ago in NHS and private sector has helped me to be an active listener. In addition, the experience of working alongside with Health professionals and Doctors that are well involved in contributing in the area of Mental Health studies have taught me to deliver evidence based therapy.

Additional Qualifications and Professional practice: I also hold a Postgraduate degree in Drugs and Alcohol studies. I have volunteered with two organisations; a Charity that supports clients that have suffered pregnancy loss or termination. I am also a board member in one of the organisations.

I am committed to ongoing supervision and professional development focusing mostly in participating in research in all areas of mental health. My vision of therapy is focused on human connection to a level which is adaptive in approach to all backgrounds, race, culture; religious or spiritual background, sexual orientation, social and intellectual capabilities driven by the greatest core principle of unconditional positive regard
