About me

Perhaps you feel stuck, unable to focus or are struggling to overcome a challenge in your life. Perhaps goals feel easy to decide on but hard to stick to. Perhaps the same old thoughts keep running through your mind and you feel the cycle of negativity is ever lasting.

I am an Integrative Counsellor. The foundation of my training comes from a Person Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic approach. This enables me to draw on a number of different ways of working specifically to support you.

Like all of us, life at times has presented me with challenges I could never of prepared for and I have felt unable to imagine a way forwards. My role as a therapist goes far beyond a hat I wear as part of my profession. I believe whole heartedly that we can all learn, grow and recover from our experiences and would welcome anyone in need to get in touch.
