About me

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor working with adults aged 18 and over. I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe that when we feel truly heard and understood, we can begin to make sense of our experiences and move towards positive change.
