I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist and Advanced Practitioner with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live well. Over the years, I've worked across the NHS, elite sports, and private practice, combining hands-on expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care. My approach blends advanced skills in assessment, rehabilitation, joint and soft tissue injections, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and electrotherapy � but what truly drives me is building real connections and tailoring treatment to each individual.
